Hi,
when I press FX button I just get a black screen. It happens when a shader or a video is being played. Looks that the button is working OK as the “[fx]” indicator shows up at the right top corner of TFT screen. If I press again the FX button the video/shader continues playing normally.
I have a list of .frag file inside of the EFFECT folder of the raspi.
I have tried it on a CRT.
Any help?
i think that black screen is the default effect if none are selected from the EFFECT list… if you try on your recurboy pressing the arrow button to the right → you should see a EFFECT list (yellow background) try pressing SELECT from this page to choose another effect.. and let me know if it works?
its probably a better user experience to have a simple default effect when none is selected… i will make a note to update this in next revision
yes, that works, thanks! Another thing: I find more user friendly to have the “SELECT” button as the center push switch of the 5 way joystick, what do you think?
