[resolved] A few issues with videos.scanlines.xyz

had an upload error on my first try, second try upload was successful, still transcoding but player is showing 24:50 length

EDIT: actually, now that transcoding is complete and the video is published, it’s not playing for me: SYNTHETIC FOREST — Phase Shift Collective @ Coaxial Arts, 2023 - videos.scanlines

in the console it looks like the object storage is giving a 404 for this url: https://scanlines-streaming-playlists.s3.eu-central-1.wasabisys.com/hls/326c1624-2923-47eb-b4d4-b8fde951a7f7/eca5c1cd-98df-41b5-bdfc-425dbc940a0c-master.m3u8

it appears from the logs in peertube that transcoding completed without issues… it’s possible that the files are actually there but unable to load for some reason? other videos are working for me it’s just this one…

ok seems like it didnt like being connected to external storage in two ways at once.

i just migrated the database so all the old videos are linked to storage in new way, and seems like everything this playing ok.

@palomakop you will have to upload SYNTHETIC FOREST again unfortunately but im hoping this time it will work !
