I tried searching the forums and website but couldn’t find a direct answer.
Dose AUTO_WAAAVE & WAVE_POOL support HDMI & TV (PP24/PP6) out at the same time?
Or is this something I need to edit on the config.txt?

for things like this it’s best to search for data about the raspberry pi 3b(+) not the VSERPI device specifically. but unfortunately in this case the answer is no, you can only use one output type at a time.

I understood what options I had with the 3b(+) but was uncertain of the limitations of vserpi. I do appreciate you giving me clarity. Thanks!

HDMI will take priority if you have both plugged in. Your best bet is take a HDMI splitter and feed one side into the rest of your chain and the other into a HDMI to CSV converter for your TV.
