i made some tweaks to the interface and ended up seeing some videos people have posted on there i’d missed !

i’m actually having a weird problem where the embedded video won’t play until i pause it and then press play again. if anyone else is getting that too let me know
edit: i tried embedding other videos and didn’t have the same problem, so maybe it has to do with this specific file…

The peertube issue with this video is still there (I’m on Linux / Chromium). It gets stuck until you kick it, either by pressing pause/play or changing the quality.

With regard to this kind of visuals, created through GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks), today I discovered LSD - ha! I meant Lucid Sonic Dreams, which syncs GAN-generated visuals to music. The software is free, but it runs on neural networks which implies some economical and ecological costs. Here’s a very cool example by nodradek, a visual artist who specifically uses GAN as a medium and maintains a list of useful resources on this topic
