Hell, you were practically giving them away IMO. We’ll see if Digikey/Mouser get the picture that people won’t pay that amount; it was $13.something a month or two ago. I’m surprised you didn’t sell out faster after I bought 20 of them. I think letting the broader video synth community know that they’re available would also help get an idea on a reasonable number.
OK. Just designed and ordered a LM6172 SOIC-To-DIP board pre-populated with a SOIC LM6172. You’ll have to solder your own pins on it to keep costs low. I can include pins or for a small fee, I’ll solder them on for you. Shooting for a $6/each price point and I think I’m going to make it. First batch of 100 will be here in a few weeks, if Chinese New Year doesn’t get in the way.
