recurBOY + CSI HDMI Capture

Has anyone successfully gotten HDMI capture via CSI adapter working on a Zero 2 W with the 3.0 Firmware?

I’ve had it working, albeit only intermitantly. Works very well on my recur, but the recurboy seems to have problems locking the HDMI signal. The firmware definately sees the adapter as the “external” menu is present, but after the first few good connections I’ve had nothing but black screens…

My googling keeps surfacing the same handful of posts / guides and none are helping me. Time to beg for help!

When i first worked on recurboy i found that running picamera through csi was too mich for pi zero with recurboy - maybe pi zero2 is bit better not sure but i dont think the code is written to support csi input. Cool that domething seemed to happen when you tried!
