Has anyone encounted issues with the 5 way switch button (J9) on the recurBOY?
I can navigate down, left, and right but not up.
I’ve attached a video that captures the issue.
Open to any suggestions

Similar, my number 4 does not react with recur. The button itself works, with a different program, but not recur. 9 is also a bit sketchy but it does work if you treat it right.
I have to load the same clips on 4 and 5 to workaround the dead slot.
I don’t know why it does it though sorry
Hi @fozzy - that is unusual! My first thought is it could be a cold solder joint. You could try reheating and applying a small amount of solder to the pins of this 5way button.
If its not that perhaps it is on the other end of that trace - either on the 2x20 pin socket soldered to recurboy (this is a bit harder to check without removing the screen) or on the 2x20 pins on ur pi-zero
Let me know how reflowing those first pins go and can advice further after that.
Im also willing to take a look at it if you want to ship it to me

Thanks for the tips! I was able to resolve the issue. It was just a colder solder join
