recuyBOY Build Experience for Eurorack

Thanks for sharing! I’ve been looking for right angle adapters but the ones I’ve found a pretty bulky.

I used these.

Brilliant, thank you for sharing!

Update on Euorack Front Panel:

  • Decided to test out my redesign. Thank you to everyone’s suggestions and feedback
  • I’m thrilled with the result

Future Tasks:

  • Need to order some right-angled adapters for the HDMI and USB ports to prevent cable from sticking out.

Looking great! Would you mind sharing your design? I’d like to try a laser cut one.

Thank you, appreciate the feedback

I made two versions with both the USB and HDMI ports on either side of the recurBOY. Haven’t tested the right side but its basically the same.

Would love to see the final result!

Here are the zip files:

Thank you so much! I used an angled pin header so it didn’t interfere with the top parts. Thank you for sharing your hard work!

Update: I used the wrong file! I did cut it again.

That looks amazing, nice work!

It’s so cool to seeing someone use my front panel design

Hey!

Made a 16HP Eurorack-compatible version of the RecurBOY with a front USB port. Just adapted it to fit standard rack format for my modular setup.

Requires a small Pi modification (solder bridge) but otherwise straightforward build. All files on GitHub.
