Replacing a Panasonic MX10 IC chip

So because I’m actually quite bad at soldering and always seem to forget that’s the case, I totally fucked an IC chip on the Panasonic MX10 when trying to do the luma bend. Due to what I assume is bridging and just burnt components, the MX10 isn’t working as intended, with the effects working only on feedback source and not my VCR inputs (regardless which source it’s plugged into!), the keyer acting weird, and so forth.

I was wondering if anybody knows where I can source a replacement chip so that someone much more skilled than me can replace it? Searching for this SKU yields on AliBaba result that doesn’t seem right to me.

The other issue that as per the MX10 luma mod instructions, the grey wire was snipped, and I can’t for the life of me figure out where they wire lead to in the service manual. I’m wondering if that snipped wire is the source of all my issues, come to think of it!

Any help or advice is appreciated!

…wow! - that looks like someone has really been working on this chip  - could have been me, actually…
