yes these circuits are open source hardware , and you can find all the files (schematics, cad files, gerbers, documentation) at this repo
this is still a wip tho, and there are a few mistakes on the first revision of the pcb (noted down in the readme linked) → so feel free to build if you wanna help me debug / improve it. i would wait another revision (or 2) if you want a easy/stable/well documented build 
main thing still to figure out is finishing the mods to make it work in pal. i just needed to get a better scope to debug some problems here. i expect to make some more progress on these projects in the new year
