This might be of interest. They’ve made an 8x CV to LED strips module. It can fire off 12V 0.5A to each channel on triggering. Very shiny!

I had my eye on this for ages and finally got one. Really love it. Here’s my initial experiment. Octatrack sending out MIDI to a MIDI to CV converter, into the Illuminator.
