My wj-mx20 has a permanent green tint. From what I’ve read this can be difficult to fix. I didn’t realize the ave5 I got to replace it was the pal version until after it shipped. It only outputs in b&w, which I guess is common when combining pal and ntsc devices. The seller suggested adding a direct input from an old console or DVD player to get color. Before I spend more money on one of those, has anyone solved this problem before? Are there other ways to fix this?
…to solve the reverse problem (i live in a PAL-country) i use little boxes from aliexpress/ebay/amazon which convert NTSC to PAL and viceversa…
…i have to check but i think to remember they were about 10€/$ each…
