I am a beginner, right now I am saving up to build a two lofi-future VGA Feedback generators, and a dirty mixer to put between them. I am really excited to explore this new hobby

That’s awesome! Anything with an RCA out would be great. one of those VGA feedback things and a car camera into a dirty video mixer gives you a ton to start with on an aliexpress budget. Just be ready for some dropouts sending it to digital inputs.

I made this from recycled components - everything taken from discarded electronic devices - After finding the MCU I decided to try and make a fully recovered board. I ported this PCB design to kicad from Eagle. It will fit most of the STM32Fxx MCU, in 64pin package.
I’m only missing the TVS diode package; it’s a rare one to find outside of portable USB electronics.

…over last weekend: Electronic Attack Party near Hannover - Germany - visuals by Florian Anwander (who also leads our Munich-based ambioSonics-group with monthly gigs in a venue in Munich downtown) and starting off with an improvised modular liveset by me:
…i had wanted to record the visuals also, but as the artist preferred to have them just sent to the beamer the visuals are recorded and visible just in the background from the screen; equipment used were a couple of Roland P-10 and Korg Kaoss-Pad Entrancers combined with live-input from several separate low-res cameras

I’m currently developing a differential transmit / receive system that uses XLR cabling for composite video transmission. The idea came last year while planning for a local festival. The main benefit was running the video from FOH to the stage through the 15 meter XLR multicore, along the audio signals. This spared the whole effort of running a BNC cable all the way. It works surprisingly well! The system ran 3 days outdoor without a problem or any interference.
The two white boxes in all the chaos is the transmission system. It’s still work in progress but will be tested again next weekend.

i started a new thing called “Paloma Kop’s AV Club”, where i’ve been posting monthly snippets (two so far):
recently, as part of one of the posts, i shared a TouchDesigner component i made that emulates an aspect of analog video synthesis. i also made a demo video showing how it works:
